Station geography: from Lake Geneva to the Côte d’Azur

In Switzerland, the route passes through the city of Geneva, the gateway to Lake Geneva from France and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, with links to numerous Swiss destinations in the cantons of Vaud, Valais and Romandie.

InterCity in Switzerland, TGV Lyria to France, cross-border RER Léman Express (LEX) around the lake, TER Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes : from and to Geneva, trains cross the border into the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, serving stations such as Annemasse, Chambéry, Grenoble, Annecy, Lyon and beyond to Paris, Marseille and Barcelona.
